Nice Umbrella but shoddy manufacturing

From the looks of it is a great umbrella. Unfortunately it has a bad print respectively the white background has washed out color spots. Stick has also been delivered bent.

HORRIBLE Customer service.

My parcel has been blocked at the carrier company for 6 days. After many emails sent to Martini Shop and a lack of action from them, I had to find out a solution by myself which is not acceptable when you pay 19 Euros for delivery.
Moreover, the umbrella arrived bent and with some stains on it.
