Two options signed by FlyFood Catering, one typical Piedmontese and one vegetarian, ready to satisfy your lunch break!
The Piedmontese box consists:
- 1 pepper roll with tuna cream
- 1 pearled barley with crispy vegetables and balsamic vinegar reduction
- 1 bonet or panna cotta, crispy focaccia with rosemary oil (water and crockery included).
The vegetarian box consists:
- 1 omelet with seasonal vegetables
- 1 spelt with pistachio pesto, dried tomatoes and dehydrated olives
- 1 bonet or panna cotta, crispy focaccia with rosemary oil (water and crockery included).

If you like to take the food box home as take away: no problems, communicate it at the ticket office, with a surcharge of 3.00€ you can take the box to your home!
