MARTINI Bitter is a liqueur resulting from an alcoholic infusion . The bright red color lends strength to a recipe made with herbs and bitter woods that has bartenders around the world falling in love with it.


Martini Bitter: is the ideal base for the most internationally known cocktails. Created by Luigi Rossi in 1872, it is still made today using the original recipe. Its natural ingredients, blend to create a flavor enlivened by intense orange aromas and finely balanced herbal, sweet and bitter notes. Cardamom and cinnamon are enhanced by softer fragrances such as rose and saffron. It is definable as a bitter aperitif with a bright red color. It has a sweet and citrusy taste, decidedly bitter and persistent. The alcohol content is 25°.
