How can I contact Customer Services?

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex).

Do I need to register for an account before I can purchase items from your store?

No, you do not need to register. You can checkout as guest.

Are other items going to be added to the Casa Martini Online Gift Shop?

New collections will be added Online Shop from time to time, so watch this space.

How do you deliver your orders?

We use a specialist next day courier for orders to the Italy. Please contact us for deliveries to other areas.

Order's will generally be dispatched the next business day (Monday to Friday).

A signature is required from someone over 18 for all orders.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are normally be shipped the next business day.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas on Italy (bottles and branded goods).

Do you deliver alcohol?

Yes, we delivery alcohol. Upon receipt, you may be asked by the courier for age verification to comply with our policies.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

You have 7 days to cancel your order after it has arrived with you. If you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been handed over to the courier, please see our refund policy for further instructions.

What if there is an issue with my order once I receive it?

Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. If the product is damaged or faulty, we will refund you as per our refund policy.
