Refund Policy

You can return your items within 14 days for a full refund, as long as they aren't personalized or perishable.If the items are faulty then we will refund the cost of delivery and return.

If you return the item because you have changed you mind, then we will refund the cost of the item but not the cost of returning the item to us. If you change size or product, we will ship free of charge the new item to you.

The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by you to pay the products, unless you have specifically requested a different method.

Please email martinishop@bacardi.com with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details so we can start the refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
